Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your court paperwork. A certificate in the wrong name is worth nothing to the person who has to accept it.

Empowered Fathers is not an approved, licensed, or court mandated program in any state, county, or judicial circuit.

Kids Deserve Dads holds no jurisdictional approval of any kind. A certificate documents that you completed this curriculum. It does not by itself satisfy any court or agency requirement. If you need a program that satisfies a specific requirement, confirm with your court, attorney, caseworker, or agency before you enroll.
